Peeling n eating crawfish-

 Don't forget da beer !

 Break the head from the tail and pull away the two body parts.
At this point some people "suck the heads". 
The are good yeah ! 
You are actually only getting spices from the boil and not eating any body parts.


 Gently peel away the
 first and second ring of the tail beginning at the top,
 freeing the shell from the rest of the shell....unwrapping it around the meat.


 Once all but the last few segments are peeled away, press down the fan
 of the tail between your thumb and forefinger and remove the meat.
Eat...don't forget da beer.
